- We are seeking an experienced Account Manager with a strong focus on Customer Success and Stakeholder Management.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving long-term partnerships.
- The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, addressing their concerns, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their objectives.
- This role demands excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand client needs, goals, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Proactively engage with clients to drive account growth, renewals, and long-term retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, product, and support) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Monitor client account performance, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Lead regular client meetings, including status updates, reviews, and strategic planning sessions.
- Address and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary, while ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Track and analyze client metrics and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve customer success and business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to better support client needs and align strategies accordingly.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 10 - 15 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or related roles.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management, including engaging with senior-level executives.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving plans and priorities.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
- Experience managing multiple accounts simultaneously while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and software to manage client relationships and track metrics.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to align client needs with business objectives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience in SaaS or software industry account management.
- Familiarity with customer success metrics and strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to drive account growth and achieve retention targets
