Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for analyzing and measuring social media performance, implementing social media marketing strategies, managing social networking platforms, and communicating insights and recommendations to clients.


Experience- 3+ years

CTC- 30000 in hand


Location - GURGAON


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Management:
  • Develop and curate engaging, creative, and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which enlighten audiences and promote brand-focused messages.
  • Coordinate with the design and content teams to produce high-quality social media posts, including text, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Manage social media content calendars to ensure content is timely, relevant, and consistent with brand voice and style guidelines.
  1. Strategy & Planning:
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of social media marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Conduct competitive research and identify trends in social media, identifying opportunities for brand enhancement.
  1. Community Management:
  • Engage with users on various social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Foster and maintain community relationships by monitoring and addressing feedback, questions, and complaints.
  1. Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor, track, analyse, and report on performance on social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.
  • Compile weekly/monthly reports detailing key metrics and performance data, along with actionable insights for future strategies.
  1. Campaign Support:
  • Support digital marketing campaigns by coordinating social media activity with broader marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with influencers, partners, and other stakeholders to amplify campaign reach and engagement.
  1. Trend Monitoring:
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media, implementing new features and strategies as needed.
  • Provide recommendations to improve social media presence and performance.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management.
  • Proficient in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, , TikTok, etc.) and associated management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging and original content.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience with social media advertising is a plus.
