- Purpose of the role: We are seeking an experienced Treasury Professional, ideally a Chartered Accountant, with a minimum of five years of post-qualification experience to join our dynamic treasury team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the organization’s financial assets and liabilities while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic management of the organization’s financial resources while supporting its overall growth and risk management objectives.
- Education: CA mandatory
- Years of Experience: 4 - 5 yrs. post qualification.
- Detailed Responsibility:
- Cash Management: Oversee daily cash positions, forecast future cash needs, and develop strategies to optimize cash utilization and liquidity.
- Debt Management: Lead negotiations and manage debt arrangements, including loans and credit facilities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Forex Management: Manage foreign exchange arrangements and execute effective hedging solutions to minimize currency risk.
- Risk Management: Identify and assess financial risks, such as foreign exchange and interest rate risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Investment Management: Develop and execute investment strategies, evaluate financial instruments, and monitor investment performance to meet organizational objectives.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to accounting standards, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Technology: Implement and manage treasury technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and financial institutions, while liaising closely with senior management.
