About the Company and RoleTata Communications operates a centralised global treasury function from Mumbai which manages all treasury activities for its global operations and subsidiaries. One of its kind, this treasury manages transactions in over 30 geographies which includes cash management, investments, forex and interest rate hedging, borrowings, trade finance and general insurance.This role will be a part of Cash Management team which manages the cash management, working capital facilities and investments for subsidiaries in the India geography. This is an excellent role for a fresher or a candidate with up to 2 years of experience as a steppingstone into a global corporate treasury function and learn and contribute to the function.

JD - Corporate Treasury - India Banking, Investments & Cash ManagementSupport for Banking, Surplus Cash Investment & Cash Management activities of Tata Communications India entities.Responsible for documentation related to setting up of working capital limits for Tata Communications India entities.Responsible for maintaining & updating KYC documentation with various banks for Tata Communications India entities and its signatories.Maintenance of bank accounts (incl. A/C opening, closing, signatory addition & deletion etc) for Tata Communications India entities.Responsible for accounting of Treasury deals and Monthly closing activities related to Banking, Investments and Cash management in SAP (S4Hana)Continuous Liaoning with various banks to drive bank charges and interest cost savings and smooth payment processing with minimum manual intervention.Responsible for Internal and Statutory Audit compliances for Banking, Surplus Cash Investment & Cash Management activities of Tata Communications India entitiesCo-ordination with TC Internal User teams and banks to ensure timely resolution to concerns / issues.Preparation of Treasury MIS, variance analysis, Cash flow statements etc. for internal and external reporting purposes.Support for PF and Gratuity Fund investments.Supporting all transformation and automation initiatives under Treasury domain.

Required Qualification & ExperienceCA/ICWA/MBA-Finance from reputed institute /Other equivalent qualification0-2 years' experience in Treasury

Other knowledge/skillsGood Communication skillsAdvanced Excel skills.Financial Analysis & ModellingExperience working in S4 Hana accounting system would be an added advantage.
