If you enjoy bringing structure, coordination, and momentum to sales operations, this role is for you.🎯 Key Responsibilities:• Manage the complete sales cycle (lead → proposal → closure)• Plan & execute sales programs aligned to business goals• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, MIS, Product & Finance to ensure smooth delivery• Track pipeline progress, remove blockers, and ensure funnel movement• Prepare & deliver client proposals, pitches, and presentations• Maintain strong client & internal stakeholder relationships• Build & analyze MIS dashboards to drive insights & decisions• Ensure CRM/MIS data accuracy and effective usage across teams✅ Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred• Experience in sales/sales operations is a must• Strong exposure to sales cycle management & program execution• Proficient in CRM & MIS tools• Excellent communication, presentation & coordination skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment• preference for Excel/advanced Excel candidate
