The role will play a key role in driving and executing strategic initiatives in the Adani Digital Labs. This position requires a dynamic individual with 7-9 years of experience in formulating and implementing business strategies to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate should possess a Master of Business Administration degree and demonstrate exceptional leadership and analytical skills. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for working with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and identifying growth opportunities to drive business performance and competitiveness.


Experience

  • Experience in consulting/corporate strategy roles (digital experience would be an added advantage)
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive dynamics
  • Assessing and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align business strategies with organizational goals
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented strategies and making necessary adjustments
  • Communicating strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and presenting findings to the executive team
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Contributing to the development of annual business plans and budgets
  • Identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements to optimize business performance


Education Qualification

Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institution or equivalent degree in a relevant field

  • Proficiency in business intelligence and data analytics tools
