About the Role: Regulatory Compliance ConsultantKey Responsibilities:Part time advisory on regulatory compliance for lending software suite covering LOS and LMS in order to safeguard interest for Banks and NBFC’s.Keep constantly updated on the latest set of regulatory guidelines that needs to conform with by NBFC’s and banks in their lending process and practices across all types of loans provided by them with focus on HOME, SME, LAP, Vehicles, Gold, --Validate compliance on all guidelines in the application software products being provided to financial institution and constantly update the team on any change or new regulations announced to ensure ongoing compliance.Product & Technology AdvisoryReview new lending products, credit scoring models, and digital platforms forregulatory risk. Providing product roadmap suggestions towards compliance with other RBI standardsMentorship & Team EnablementCoach internal compliance, credit, and risk teams onlending compliance best practices. Conduct board and senior leadership workshops onresponsible lending and compliance governance.Engagement ModelConsulting/advisory role (retainer)Value PropositionAdvise on building/improving arobust, RBI-compliant lending suite.Qualifications:10+ years’ experiencein regulatory compliance / risk management roles withbanks/NBFCs Deep knowledge ofRBI’s regulatory Guidelines and specifically for software usage, Data Protection Act, and NBFC regulations.
