Job Description:


As a Digital Business Lead at T1D, you will be responsible for driving growth through the acquisition of new clients. Your primary focus will be onboarding new clients and fostering long-term relationships to enhance the agency's portfolio and revenue streams.


Key Responsibilities:


Client Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including online research, networking events, and referrals.

Client Onboarding: Manage the entire onboarding process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and signing. Provide thorough explanations of agency services and offerings to prospective clients.


Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clients by understanding their needs, objectives, and challenges. Act as a strategic partner and advisor to clients, offering solutions that align with their business goals.

Collaboration: Work closely with the agency's internal teams, including marketing, creative, and account management, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients. Collaborate on client proposals, presentations, and strategies.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the digital marketing landscape. Use insights to adapt and refine client acquisition strategies.


Minimum Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.

3 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within an agency environment.

Proven track record of successfully acquiring and onboarding new clients.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions.

Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients.

Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
