Every item on our platform is handpicked, clean-label, and tested for freshness and transparency.Role OverviewAs thefounding Product Analyst , you will: Set up the product analytics stack, pipelines, and event structures. Partner with Product, Business, and CX to translate data into clear, actionable insights. Define metrics, dashboards, and processes that make the company truly data-driven. Lead deep dives into user journeys, funnels, and growth experiments to identify opportunities.Key Responsibilities Build and maintain clean, scalable data pipelines and dashboards. Define and own core product/business metrics (North Star & supporting KPIs). Run funnel, cohort, and retention analyses to understand user behavior. Partner with product managers on A/B testing and feature impact analysis. Create simple automations or scripts to reduce manual reporting and enable scale.What We’re Looking For 2–4 years of experience as aProduct Analyst / Data Analyst / Growth Analystat Tier-1 tech/product companies. Strong expertise inSQL ,data visualization(Looker, Superset, Tableau, etc.), andevent-driven analytics(Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, GA4). Solid grasp of experimentation, funnel analysis, and behavioral cohorting. Clear communication skills and ability to influence product/business decisions.Good to Have Proficiency inPythonfor data analysis and automation. Experience buildingautomated reporting workflows . Curiosity aroundAI agents / LLMsfor internal tools and decision support.
