Job Title: Assistant Manager - Client Servicing

Location: Gurgaon

Axponent is a leading player in the digital advertising space, specializing in affiliate marketing. We work with top brands and publishers to drive performance-based marketing strategies. We seek a Client Servicing Executive to manage and grow key client relationships, ensuring the successful delivery of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

- Account Management: Manage day-to-day client communication, addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing excellent client service.

- Campaign Management: Collaborate with internal teams (business development, technical, and creative) to oversee the setup, launch, and optimization of affiliate marketing campaigns.

- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using various analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.

- Client Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance, ensuring transparency with clients.

- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their goals and ensuring their success in affiliate marketing campaigns.

- Problem Solving: Address any issues or challenges clients may face and work proactively to ensure campaign success.

- Upselling: Identify opportunities for expanding client engagements, upselling additional services, and increasing overall revenue.


Key Requirements :

- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a related role within the affiliate or performance marketing industry.

- Affiliate Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem, including tracking technologies, ad platforms, and campaign optimization techniques.

- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, spot trends, and derive actionable insights.

- Client-Centric Approach: Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts, deliver excellent service, and maintain strong client relationships.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data and insights.

- Problem Solver: Strong critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to resolving client issues.

- Tools & Platforms: Familiarity with affiliate networks, tracking platforms, and performance analytics tools (e.g., HasOffers, Google Analytics, etc.).


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in working with digital marketing agencies or affiliate networks.

- Familiarity with digital advertising trends and best practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
