Position Overview:

As a Senior Associate - Catalog, you will play a key role in enriching Zepto’s catalog across 10+ categories. You will be responsible for editing product images and, optionally, videos, while ensuring that all visual content is optimized for customer experience. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, and relevant video editing software is essential for this role. This position requires someone who can work at a fast pace, manage tasks effectively, and communicate well with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Catalog Image & Video Editing: Edit product images and, optionally, videos for Zepto’s catalog, ensuring high-quality visuals that meet brand standards across 10+ categories.
  2. Design Tools Expertise: Utilize tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator to enhance product listings, creating visually appealing content that improves customer engagement.
  3. Video Editing (Optional): Work on video content where necessary, using relevant software to create short product videos for catalog listings.
  4. Category Knowledge: Have a good understanding of catalog needs across 10+ categories from Zepto’s 34-category portfolio, ensuring tailored visual content for each category.
  5. Task Management & Reporting: Manage daily tasks effectively, ensuring timely completion of all catalog updates and content improvements. Provide regular reports on task progress and issues, communicating clearly with relevant teams.
  6. Fast-Paced Execution: Work at a fast pace to meet deadlines and manage the fast-changing demands of the catalog. Be proactive in identifying and addressing content gaps in the product catalog.
  7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams, including Category Management and Operations, to ensure seamless catalog updates and product launches.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of experience in a catalog enrichment role, with a strong focus on image and video editing.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Experience with video editing software is a plus.
  • Ability to work across multiple product categories, understanding the unique catalog needs for each category.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and task management skills to manage workload and collaborate with teams effectively.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines with precision and efficiency.
  • A keen eye for visual detail and the ability to deliver high-quality content that enhances the customer experience.
