Role Overview

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Manager to lead sales efforts, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves strategy, execution, and team leadership to achieve defined sales Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.

- Identify and convert new business opportunities in target markets.

- Manage and nurture strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.

- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve collective goals.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align business objectives.

- Ensure timely resolution of client issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.

- Represent the company in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.

Skillsets & Competencies:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills with proven closing ability.

- Excellent client relationship management and customer service orientation.

- Leadership and team management experience with the ability to mentor junior team members.

- Strategic planning and analytical mindset for business growth.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage stakeholders.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions.

- Exposure to sales in technology, home automation, or luxury products is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.

Educational Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
