Job Title: Salesforce CPQ DeveloperJob Summary:We are looking for an experienced Salesforce CPQ Developer with a strong background in the telecom industry and expertise in Salesforce Communication Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Salesforce CPQ solutions that align with our telecom business processes, ensuring seamless integration with Communication Cloud.Key Responsibilities:- Design and Implementation: Design and implement customized Salesforce CPQ solutions tailored to telecom products and services, including product bundles, pricing models, and discount rules.- Configuration: Configure CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes in Salesforce to support complex telecom offerings, ensuring accurate and efficient quoting.- Integration: Integrate Salesforce CPQ with Salesforce Communication Cloud and other related systems, ensuring a seamless flow of data between CPQ, billing, and order management.- Optimization: Optimize the Salesforce CPQ platform to improve efficiency, reduce quoting errors, and enhance the user experience for sales teams.- Technical Support: Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for Salesforce CPQ and Communication Cloud applications.- Collaboration: Work closely with telecom business stakeholders, project managers, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery.- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including solution design, configuration settings, and user guides.- Training: Provide training and support to sales and support teams on the use of Salesforce CPQ and related tools.Qualifications:- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Experience:- 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 2 years focused on Salesforce CPQ.- Strong background in the telecom industry, with a deep understanding of telecom products, pricing, and sales processes.- Experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud (formerly known as Vlocity Communications Cloud).- Certifications: Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, or equivalent.- Technical Skills:- Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product setup, pricing, quoting, and discounting.- Experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud and its integration with CPQ.- Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools.- Soft Skills:- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.- Strong communication and collaboration skills, particularly in cross-functional teams.- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.- Preferred:- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Familiarity with telecom-specific regulations and compliance requirements.
