Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all engineering and capital projects within budget, timeline, and quality standards

- Establish best practices in project management, risk assessment, and quality control

- Manage cross-functional teams of project managers, engineers, and technical specialists

- Collaborate with departments including Operations, Procurement, Finance, and HR to align project goals with company strategy

- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and industry standards

- Identify and manage external vendors, consultants, and contractors

- Report regularly to executive leadership on project progress, financials, and potential risks

- Promote a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement

- Support talent development, succession planning, and team mentorship within the engineering and projects division

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Engineering or Business; Master's degree preferred

- Minimum of 15 years of experience in engineering/project management, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role

- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Strong financial and commercial acumen; experience managing project budgets and resource allocation

- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (PMP, Agile, etc.)

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills

- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and HSE standards

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience in handling greenfield or brownfield projects

- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other process optimization frameworks

- Demonstrated ability to lead change and manage large, distributed teams

- Experience in dealing with clients, vendors, and external partners in a technical environment
