Job Opportunity: Credit Underwriting & Portfolio Monitoring - Structured FinanceJoin a dynamic team supporting global banks and asset managers in monitoring corporate credit portfolios across structured finance asset classes. This role offers exposure to the full lifecycle of commercial lending-from underwriting to ongoing portfolio monitoring-and is open to professionals across experience levels, including Analysts, Senior Analysts, and Managers.Key Responsibilities1. Support underwriting and monitoring of loan portfolios across sectors such as private credit, real estate, infrastructure, and structured finance.2. Conduct detailed credit analysis including financial statement review, capital structure evaluation, EBITDA trends, and industry risk assessment.3. Present credit recommendations to internal committees or client stakeholders with clear rationale and risk insights.4. Identify red flags and performance concerns in existing credits and propose mitigation strategies.5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, process rigor, and timely delivery of client requirements.6. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and help build scalable frameworks for credit monitoring.7. For senior roles: Lead and mentor a team of credit analysts, perform quality checks, and manage client communications and project delivery.Required Skills & Experience1. Strong understanding of the commercial loan lifecycle, including underwriting and portfolio monitoring.2. Ability to analyze financial statements, assess business models, and evaluate credit risk across sectors.3. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling platforms.4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.5. Experience working under tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.6. For senior roles: Prior experience in team leadership, project management, and client engagement is preferred.Who Should Apply?1.
