Job Description - The primary responsibility would involve working closely with clients in understanding their requirement for investment deals in structured finance space. The individual would assist in managing the project and coordinating with IT to onboard/setup the transaction on our proprietary platform and ongoing monitoring. The individual would be involved in researching across various financials and legal agreements and also in monitoring and reporting key metrics of various investment.Key Responsibilities:1. Client Onboarding: Review legal agreements and set up structured finance transactions on Oxane's proprietary platform.2. Portfolio Monitoring: Track covenants, borrowing base, concentration limits, and other compliance tests for leveraged facilities.3. Risk & Performance Analysis: Build Excel-based financial models and reports to assess historical performance and identify key drivers.4. Data Accuracy: Collaborate with IT and business analysts to ensure accurate data and logic implementation on the platform.5. Enhanced Surveillance: Provide proactive insights and alerts to clients on portfolio performance and risk exposure.Required Skills:1. Strong understanding of structured finance products (CLOs, ABS, RMBS, ABL, securitization).2. Proficiency in financial modeling and Excel, including cash flow modeling.3. Knowledge of corporate credit analysis and core accounting principles.4. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.5.
