Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery & Management :


- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects within defined timelines and budgets.

- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Ensure all projects follow best practices, methodologies, and governance frameworks.

Team Leadership & Coordination :

- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of developers, testers, and business analysts.

- Allocate resources effectively, balancing workloads and skill sets.

- Foster a collaborative and results-driven work culture.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors.

- Conduct regular project review meetings and share progress updates with stakeholders.

- Handle escalations promptly, ensuring minimal impact on delivery timelines.

Quality Assurance & Compliance :


- Ensure adherence to quality standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.

- Oversee testing and deployment processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.

- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.

Continuous Improvement :


- Evaluate delivery processes and recommend enhancements for efficiency and productivity.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends.

Key Skills & Competencies :


- Proven track record of delivering IT projects on time and within budget.

- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).

- In-depth understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.

- Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage risks, and adapt to change quickly.

Qualifications & Experience :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Masters preferred).

- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum Master are an advantage
