Ownership of payment milestones: Ensure timely achievement of design and payment milestones to support smooth collection processes. Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, report project progress, and implement improvements. Requirements Experience: 8+ years in design management or leadership, with proven project success. Client-Focused: Excellent communication and relationship management skills. Leadership: Strong mentoring, team-building, and problem-solving capabilities.
