Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual to join the Sales and Marketing team of a growing organization in the Media and Advertisement industry as a Sales Executive. The role involves driving business growth through lead generation, client servicing, and sales order management. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, proven negotiation abilities, and a customer- centric approach to achieving business targets while maintaining healthy client relationships.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead collection and prospect generation for S.T. Stand Audio Advertisement business.
Conduct tele-calling, mailing, cold-calling, and direct visits to generate prospects.
Contact media agencies and channel partners for business development.
Interact with customers for feedback, testimonials, and outstanding payments.
Share online demos, presentations, proposals, and quotations (via visit, mail, or WhatsApp).
Negotiate with HOT clients/calls to close deals.
Collect purchase orders and book Sales Orders (SO) in the system.
Ensure post-order execution communication with customers, agencies, and internal teams.
Achieve business targets in assigned areas and segments.
Maintain strong client relationships with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Utilize CRM software for managing leads and tracking sales progress.
Job Requirements:
Education Qualification: BBA/MBA or any Graduate.
Experience: 2–3 years (minimum 2 years in sales, preferably in media/advertising).
Skills Required: Strong computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PPT).
Ability to handle sales data analytics.
Effective communication and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service and client management abilities.
Proven track record in lead generation and sales closure.
Desired skills include client servicing and concept selling.
