Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ML/AI models and algorithms for various applications.

• Optimize and deploy large model inference pipelines to ensure high performance and 

scalability.

• Work on improving the efficiency and accuracy of large-scale inference tasks.

• Work on OCR projects, improving text recognition accuracy and efficiency.

• Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for diverse use cases.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML/AI solutions into existing products 

and services.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial 

intelligence.

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality software.

• Document and communicate technical concepts and solutions effectively.


Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing 

(NLP).

• Proven experience working on OCR projects and improving text recognition systems.

• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing 

(NLP).

• Expertise in developing and optimizing large model inference pipelines.

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, 

Mistral, Meditron, Hugging Face).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and deploying ML 

models in production environments.

• Familiarity with data engineering and data pre-processing techniques.

• Knowledge of computer vision and image processing
