Exigo is looking for Full-time Sr. Cloud and Security Sales Specialist.

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud and Security Sales Specialist to drive growth in our cloud and security portfolio in midsized and enterprise accounts.

This role focuses on identifying client needs, positioning cloud infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS) and security solutions, and closing complex deals.

The ideal candidate will bring deep technical sales expertise and strong customer relationship management skills.

We are ISO 27001:2022 certified organization.

Roles and Responsibilities :


- Own and grow cloud and security solution sales within assigned territory or accounts.

- Develop and execute account plans in collaboration with presales teams.

- Prospect and develop new business opportunities across mid-size and enterprise clients.

- Position complex solutions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Lead the end-to-end sales cycle from initial engagement to contract closure.

- Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure customer alignment.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene.

- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.

- Develop and maintain a strategic and actionable sales plan.

- Execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to achieve assigned objectives.

- Meet or exceed sales quota for the month/quarter/year.

- Build trusted advisor relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.

- Cultivate, define, negotiate, and close relationships with clients at all levels.

- Employ a consultative approach with all stakeholders, both internal and external.

- Oversee service and project-related departments to ensure adherence to required tasks and processes.

- Drive increased GP levels within accounts and identify growth opportunities.

- Promote awareness of Exigo Techs capabilities and strengths to both current and prospective clients.

- Participate in weekly client and vendor meetings to foster strong business relationships.

- Build, manage, and expand ongoing relationships with both existing and prospective clients.

- Demonstrate strong communication skills (oral, written, and visual), adapting your style to diverse audiences.

- Navigate complex situations and manage sales escalations, including issues related to sales solutions.

- Develop and manage a sales matrix for clients and strategize to increase revenue.

- Maintain confidentiality of information and intellectual property.

- Enhance the organization's reputation by embracing new and diverse requests and exploring opportunities to add value.

- Monitor and act on Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to improve sales activities based on customer feedback.

- Provide weekly sales reports to management, including performance metrics, revenue, and losses.

- Mandatory for all to follow the norms defined in ISMS 27001.

Skills Required :

- Experience in generating new business and securing new accounts.

- Background in selling managed services and cloud solutions.

- Strong motivation for closing deals and a desire to benefit from a highly competitive, uncapped commission scheme.

- A track record of success in IT sales, preferably in a similar role.

- Technical proficiency or a strong understanding of a broad range of technologies.

Key Areas of Focus knowledge of Sales :


- Firewalls, Endpoint Security, Penetration Testing.

- Tools such as KnowBe4, Cloud Sales :


- Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS).

- SQL and cloud migration & Managed Services :


- IT consulting, service delivery, and ongoing support models.

High level knowledge of :


- SASE (Secure Access Service Edge).

- Networking Solutions (WAN, LAN, SD-WAN).

- Infrastructure Components (Servers, Storage, Data Centers).

- Hypervisors VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V, Azure.

Soft Skills :


- Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to translate technical features into customer business value.

- Able to work well in a team setting.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Self-driven, flexible, and innovative.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.

- 7+ years of IT sales experience, with a focus on enterprise clients.

- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.

- Microsoft, Azure, or cybersecurity certifications are a plus.

Location : Vadodara, Gujarat, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, India.
