Bare Wear is a Solution Wear brand based out of Mumbai, revolutionizing innerwear for women in India.

We're looking for someone to take over our content and social and own it like it's theirs.

Role: Social Media Manager

Not just a content calendar manager. You are the brand voice.

You're a fit if you:


• Have 2–4 years experience growing a D2C brand (20K → 100K? Even better)


• Can shoot, write, edit, and post yourself


• Take initiative, move fast, and don't wait to be told


• Know that a great post isn't just the visual it's the - caption, the song, the crop, the type, the timing


• Obsess over the details (yes, really obsess)


• Understand what builds real engagement — not just likes


• Can create performance ad content that actually converts


• Love building a women-first brand and being part of the journey

Bonus points (and priority)


• You're comfortable creating content on-camera


• You want to grow into a Brand Manager role


• You've worked in a lean, high-energy startup

You'll:


• Own our Instagram and digital presence


• Ideate and create content that builds trust and drives sales


• Work directly with the founder


• Help shape the next phase of a bold, women-led brand
