Essential Qualities:

1.Proficient in Django: Extensive experience in developing web applications using Django framework.

2.Strong Database Management: Proficiency in both relational databases (MySQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).

3.Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to tackle complex problems and find efficient solutions.

4.Version Control: Proficient with Git and experience with code versioning.

5.API Development: Experience in building and integrating RESTful APIs.

6.Understanding of Frontend Technologies: Basic understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.


Good to Have:

1.AWS Knowledge: Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) for cloud deployment and management.

2.Containerization: Experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes for container orchestration.

3.CI/CD: Knowledge of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

4.Security Awareness: Understanding of web application security principles.

5.Scalability: Ability to design scalable applications.

6.Test-Driven Development (TDD): Experience with writing unit tests and conducting automated testing.

7.Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

8.Communication Skills: Good communication skills to collaborate with other team members effectively.
