Senior Business Analyst
Technocrats Horizons is seeking a talented and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.
As a pivotal member of our organization, the Business Analyst will play a crucial role in analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating the implementation of strategic initiatives.
If youre passionate about driving operational excellence, possess strong analytical skills, and thrive in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from Client & Requirement Management: Conduct sessions with clients and sales teams to gather requirements, define user stories, and propose tailored solutions aligned with business goals.
- Project & Process Oversight: Manage project scope, timelines, and sprints; coordinate stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensure quality deliverables.
- System & Workflow Documentation: Help design, document, and maintain system processes while facilitating smooth implementation of changes.
- Team Coordination & Conflict Resolution: Guide development teams, support effective internal communication, resolve conflicts, and remove project obstacles.
- Client Relationship & Communication: Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the key contact to understand goals, challenges, and deliver consistent value.
- Account & Performance Management: Oversee client accounts, ensure satisfaction and retention through regular reviews and collaboration with internal teams.
- Growth & Business Development: Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, drive new business through referrals, and support backlog grooming with product And Character Attributes Required:

- Proven Experience & Domain Knowledge: Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, with a solid understanding of software products, features, and services.
- Documentation Expertise: Skilled in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams with adherence to documentation standards and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including technical writing and the preparation of detailed meeting notes and reports.
- Agile & Scrum Familiarity: Well-versed in Agile and Scrum methodologies with practical experience in sprint-based project environments.
- Tool Proficiency: Proficient in using project management and collaboration tools to track progress and ensure effective team coordination.
- Organizational Strength: Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills to manage competing priorities efficiently.
- Collaborative & Independent Work Style: Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within cross-functional to Have:
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA).
- Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools.
- Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
- Experience in a client-facing role.
- Knowledge of SQL or other data querying languages
