About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and empathetic Patient Engagement Manager / Customer Success Officer with a background in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) to lead our patient interaction and engagement initiatives. The role involves building strong relationships with patients, ensuring seamless communication, and driving high-quality patient experience.Key Responsibilities:Resolve customer queries related to dental products or services with strong clinical understandingAct as a liaison between dentists/customers and the internal product teamIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer usage patternsConduct regular follow-ups to ensure high levels of customer satisfactionCreate and maintain documentation for customer support casesRequirements:BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree is mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Empathetic, patient-focused, and detail-oriented.Ability to manage multiple cases and ensure timely follow-ups.Prior experience in patient care, dental consultation, or healthcare management is preferred.Proficiency in MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.What We Offer:Opportunity to work closely with leading dental professionals.Patient-focused, collaborative work environment.Competitive salary package with growth opportunities.
