Manager - Internal Communications

- We are looking for a dynamic Internal Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of strategic internal communications.
- This role focuses on engaging employees, facilitating executive communications, and building internal initiatives that support Apexon's brand and reputation globally.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Strategic Communication: Develop and lead a cohesive internal communication strategy that aligns with Apexon's mission and values, collaborating with Talent Branding, HR, Marketing, DX, and Leadership teams.
- Leadership Engagement: Work closely with senior leadership to effectively communicate organizational goals, updates, and initiatives across all levels.
- Content Creation & Delivery: Produce engaging content for newsletters, emails, intranet, and digital platforms.
- Oversee and enhance internal channels, including video messaging, town halls, and innovative multimedia content.
- Employee Engagement: Design programs that foster engagement, celebrate achievements, and strengthen workplace collaboration.
- Change Management Support: Develop communications for change initiatives to support smooth transitions and address employee concerns.
- Editorial & Metrics Management: Maintain the editorial calendar, create employee stories, and track communication metrics to measure and report on Education: Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 5-8 years of experience in internal communications, ideally within the technology, analytics, or consulting industries.
Skills:
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling capabilities.
- Proven expertise in developing and executing internal communications strategies in a large organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects on tight deadlines.
- Executive presence and experience working with senior management.
- Proficiency in intranet management, analytics tools, and graphic design (PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva).
- Experience with multimedia channels such as podcasts, webcasts, and video content creation.
- Adaptability and comfort in fast-paced, changing environments
