Job Opening: Tele Counselor / Admission Counselor Chandigarh University – On-Site | Full-Time Shift: Day Shift (On-Site) Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32,500 per month Training: 7 Days (Paid Training) About the Role Chandigarh University is looking fordynamic, motivated, and student-focused Tele Counselors / Admission Counselorsto join our growing Admissions Department. If you have prior experience inEdTech, student counseling, or university admissions , and enjoy meaningful conversations that help students shape their future, this role is for you Key Responsibilities Makecold, inbound, and outbound callsto prospective students. Provide detailedcounseling on courses, programs, eligibility,and admission procedures. Meetdaily, weekly, and monthlyadmissions and sales targets. Manage and convert leads effectively with consistent follow-ups. Update and maintain accurate data in theCRM system . Address and resolve student/parent queries professionally. Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and university events. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum1 year of experiencein EdTech / Education Counseling / University Admissions. Excellentspoken communicationand confident phone presence. Strongsales and persuasionskills with a target-driven approach. Comfortable withhigh-volume callingand lead conversion. Basic computer knowledge;CRM experiencepreferred.
