Job Description: Tele-Counselor – Chandigarh University Location:Chandigarh University Job Type:Full-Time | On-Site Shift:Day Shift (9:30 AM – 5:30 PM) Salary Range:₹25,000 – ₹32,500 per month Training:7 Days About the Role Chandigarh University is hiring enthusiastic and drivenTele-Counselorsto join our admissions team. The ideal candidate must have experience in theEdTech, Education, or University counselingsector and should be passionate about guiding students while meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities Makecold calls ,inbound , andoutboundcalls to prospective students. Counsel students regardingcourses, programs, and admissions . Achieve daily, weekly, and monthlysales and admission targets . Manage and follow up on leads effectively. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Handle student queries with clarity and professionalism. Participate in training and team meetings regularly. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum1 year of experiencein EdTech / Education / University admissions. Excellentcommunication skillsand confident telephone presence. Strongsales mindsetwith target-driven approach. Comfortable withhigh-volume callingand lead conversion. Basic computer skills; CRM experience preferred.
