About the Role:We're seeking a results-driven Marketing Associate with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Performance Marketing . In this role, you'll work closely with the growth and creative teams to strategize, execute, and optimize paid campaigns that drive conversions, traffic, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities-
Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).

Optimize campaign performance daily to improve ROI, reduce CAC, and increase ROAS.

Monitor performance using analytics tools and create actionable reports.
-
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, placements, and messaging.
-
Collaborate with design/content teams to create high-performing ad assets.
-
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in performance marketing.
-
Support broader digital marketing initiatives including email marketing, Google Ads, or influencer campaigns when needed.
-
1–4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads and performance-driven campaigns.

Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.

Solid understanding of KPIs like ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPA, etc.
-
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
-
Experience using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tracking tools is a plus.

Self-starter with strong attention to detail and a test-and-learn mindset.
