Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new customers from both GT and MT channels, ensuring consistent monthly orders from existing customers, placing promoters in big stores, and continuously improving sales performance in each store.


Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Acquisition: Identify and onboard new GT and MT customers in Bangalore.

- Customer Retention: Foster and maintain strong relationships with onboarded stores to secure repeat orders on a monthly basis.

- Sales Promotion: Strategically place promoters in major stores to enhance product visibility and boost sales.

- Sales Performance: Continuously monitor and improve sales performance in each store through effective sales strategies and promotions.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends.

- Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.

- Strong understanding of both GT and MT sales channels.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
