A US based well-funded product-based startup looking for highly talented Technical Writer for the following roles.


Title – Technical Writer

Years of Experience- 5 to 6 years

Number of positions – 1

Work type – Hybrid – 3 days from office

Location - Hyderabad

JD:

Responsibilities

  • Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
  • Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
  • Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
  • Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
  • Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
  • Create and maintain the information architecture

Requirements and skills

  • Should have worked on Datasheet for NVIDIA, Qualcomm, Intel or AMD products
  • Exposure to undertake documentation for both Chip & Card/System Specs with latest CPU’s/GPU’s to support IP Design
  • Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
  • Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
  • Excellent written skills in English
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe FrameMaker, MS Office, Visio, Photoshop
  • Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development
  • B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or equivalent preferred
  • Proven experience in complex technical concepts involving chip design
  • Experience in DITA and XML is a plus
