Today, Rollick is present in 15 states and has plans to soon be available pan India.website:Location: Salt lake Sector-V ( Kolkata )Interested candidate please share your updated resume: jakir.hussen@rollick.co.inKey Responsibilities: Maintain and update theFixed Asset Register (FAR)accurately on a regular basis. Ensure timelycapitalization of assetsand booking ofdepreciationas per company policy and applicable accounting standards (IND AS/ AS/IAS). Conductphysical verification of assetsperiodically and reconcile with FAR. Trackasset movements, transfers, and disposals, ensuring proper documentation and approvals. Coordinate withprojects, procurement, and accountsteams for capitalization and project closure activities. ReviewCWIP (Capital Work in Progress)and ensure timely capitalization. Assist inmonthly closingactivities and preparation of fixed asset-related schedules and reports. Ensure compliance withinternal controlsand audit requirements related to fixed assets. Supportstatutory, internal, and tax auditsby providing necessary documentation and reconciliations. Assist inasset taggingand maintaining asset coding for identification and tracking. Participate inprocess improvement initiativesfor better asset management and reporting. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge offixed asset accountinganddepreciation methods. Good understanding ofIND AS 16 / IAS 16and other relevant standards. Proficiency inMS ExcelandERP systems(SAP / Oracle / Tally / etc.). Attention to detail and strong analytical skills. Good communication and coordination abilities. Qualification & Experience: Education:B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter Experience:3–6 years of experience in fixed asset accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or large corporate environment. Preferred: Experience inSAP-FI / COmodule or similar ERP. Exposure toasset auditsandcapital project accounting.
