Graviton is a privately funded quantitative trading firm dedicated to excellence in financial markets research. We are seeking an AI Researcher for our team in Gurgaon. This team will leverage advanced AI and machine learning techniques across a multitude of asset classes and trading venues. Our methodologies include deep learning, reinforcement learning, natural language processing and anomaly detection. We analyze petabytes of data to develop innovative models and algorithms aimed at identifying and capitalizing on pricing anomalies in financial markets. We are focused on pioneering the future of algorithmic trading, with a strategic focus on developing robust, scalable algorithms that extract useful predictions of future market activity from massive datasets.


As an AI researcher, your responsibilities will include

  • Conduct innovative research to develop new machine learning algorithms, with the freedom to explore and implement cutting-edge techniques.
  • Apply a diverse range of knowledge in areas such as deep learning, natural language processing, time series analysis, control and optimization, and reinforcement learning.
  • Communicate research progress and discoveries effectively, facilitating internal knowledge sharing and idea generation with various Quant teams.


Requirements :

  • Ph.D. in AI/ML, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a quantitative field.
  • Extensive knowledge of contemporary deep learning architectures.
  • Strong foundation in various machine learning techniques and statistical methods.
  • Programming skills
  • While prior experience with financial markets is optional, a keen interest in learning about them is essential.
