The Hotel Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high-quality standards across all departments, including Food & Beverage and front desk services. Collaboration with different teams to deliver seamless hospitality is a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Proficiency in Customer Service with a focus on guest satisfaction Experience in Budgeting and managing financial operations efficiently Skills in Sales and achieving revenue targets Knowledge of Food & Beverage management and hospitality standards Understanding of Receptionist Duties and front desk operations Strong leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Relevant experience in hotel or hospitality management preferred Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
