QualificationsProficiency in Customer Service with a focus on guest satisfactionExperience in Budgeting and managing financial operations efficientlySkills in Sales and achieving revenue targetsKnowledge of Food & Beverage management and hospitality standardsUnderstanding of Receptionist Duties and front desk operationsStrong leadership and team management abilitiesExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsRelevant experience in hotel or hospitality management preferredBachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous
