POST: Digital Marketing Analyst
ROLE TYPE: Full time (In Office)
LOCATION: Vasant Vihar, Delhi
STARTING DATE: Immediately
Are you a hands-on digital marketer who loves rolling up your sleeves and delivering impactful results? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst to drive performance marketing, analytics, and marketplace operations. If you’re execution-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about growth, this opportunity is for you
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Marketing:
- Set up, run, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Focus on achieving ROI and scaling campaigns through continuous improvements.
- Stay updated on platform changes and trends to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor campaign performance and track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and others.
- Create actionable reports with insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Experiment with A/B testing to optimize creative and targeting strategies.
Marketplace Operations:
- Manage product listings on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Run campaigns to boost sales and visibility on marketplaces.
- Ensure inventory is optimized and troubleshoot operational issues.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and marketplace management.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools.
- Strong execution skills with a “doer” mindset.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently.
- Eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment.
