Description :About the Role :We are seeking an experienced UI Designer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality UI designs aligned with business goals and user needs.Key Responsibilities :- Design high-quality UI layouts, dashboards, and interfaces for web and mobile applications.- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to translate requirements into elegant and functional user interfaces.- Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and interactive prototypes.- Ensure consistency in visual elements, branding, and design language across all digital products.- Conduct design reviews and present final concepts to stakeholders for approval.- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of UI designs.- Stay updated with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.Required Skills & Qualifications :- Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience as a UI Designer or similar role.- Strong expertise with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.- Proven experience in web and mobile UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work.- Excellent sense of visual design, typography, color theory, and layout principles.- Ability to convert complex concepts and requirements into clean, intuitive UI designs.- Strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills.- Ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.Preferred Skills :- Experience working in Agile environments.- Understanding of UX principles and best practices.- Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
