Convert static designs (Figma/Illustrator) into smooth, lightweight motion graphicsCollaborate with developers to ensure animations integrate seamlessly on web & mobileOptimise assets for speed, performance, and cross-platform compatibilitySupport creative direction with ideas that improve UX and visual storytellingDigital Ad Creative DesignCreate scroll-stopping social media ads, animated banners, GIFs, and short promotional videosDesign for channels including Meta Ads, Ads, Google Display, TikTok, and YouTubeDevelop ads aligned with RevOps-driven messaging and campaign goalsOptimise creatives based on performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputsCollaboration & StrategyWork closely with White Turtle’s RevOps, content, and marketing teamsSupport clients by interpreting brand goals and translating them into effective visualsProvide creative recommendations during strategy sessions and campaign planningRequired SkillsetStrong portfolio showcasing Lottie animations and motion graphicsSkilled in design creationExperience creating ads for digital marketing campaignsUnderstanding of animation principles: easing, timing, transitions, interaction designAbility to work independently and manage multiple creative assignmentsOther nice to havesFamiliarity with front-end environments (Framer)Understanding of SaaS/B2B or RevOps-focused marketingExperience with data-informed creative optimisationComfortable working in fast-paced, agency-style environments
