Innovation, eminence, and digital are at the heart of everything we do.Roles and ResponsibilitiesEditor: Minimum 1+ YearsResponsible to detail complex Assembly DrawingsResponsible to assist Senior Detailer in creating Erection drawings, AB Plans, Embed and FB drawingsResponsible to assist Senior Detailer in preparing First article drawingsResponsible to assist Modelers in linking Multi DrawingsResponsible to perform self-checking to ensure the work is complete and of sufficient quality before handing over to QAResponsible to deliver detailing with at par quality on the first passResponsible to assist Sheet Checkers in checking up to mid-complex assembly drawings as and when required based on project needs.Modeler:8+YearsResponsible to provide preliminary model estimation and schedule to Team LeaderResponsible to assign job to modelers on daily basis and monitor the progressResponsible to coordinate with Editing Crew for Drawing productionAccountable to monitor and ensure VM & Tekla Model / Drawing list integrity are in line with SOPsResponsible to understand R&D request from the team and take it forward with Development teamResponsible to proactively foresee the potential challenges and plan execution strategies for future sequencesResponsible to perform the duties of Senior Modeler / Modeler Gr. A and fulfill the requirements in their absenceResponsible to stay abreast of project matters and perform responsibilities in the absence of Team LeaderChecker:4+YearsResponsible to provide Checking estimation and schedule to Team LeaderResponsible to assign Model and Drawing checking to the checking crew in consultation with Team LeaderResponsible to participate actively in Project wash-up meeting to discuss on the lessons learntResponsible to take charge on project deliverables in the absence of Team LeaderResponsible to proactively foresee the potential challenges and plan execution strategies for future sequencesResponsible to stay abreast on the checking procedures and perform tasks when assigned for Checking roles based on project needsResponsible to observe team members performance and suggest necessary trainings for developmentResponsible to suggest on automation requirements wherever possibleResponsible to assist Team Leader in preparing Change Orders and Weekly progress reportsAccountable to review all deliverables and ensure customer standards are followedInterested candidates with matching skills can share your cv to Recruitment@dbmvircon.com/manimekalai.kannan@dbmvircon.comRegardsDBM Recruitment Team
