Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition (Non-IT)

Role Overview:
- This position is for a Talent Acquisition Hunter focused on Non-IT leadership hiring and headhunting.
- The role demands proactive talent sourcing for high-level positions through strategic outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
- The Hunter will specialize in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier leadership candidates, contributing to organizational growth and success.
- This individual should possess a deep understanding of the talent market, along with strong communication and negotiation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for top talent through channels like social media, job boards, networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
- Research and map out the talent landscape within targeted industries, identifying key players and high-potential candidates.
- Collaborate with clients or internal hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and craft effective recruitment strategies.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates, keep them engaged through the recruitment process, and present them with compelling opportunities.
- Evaluate candidates based on their experience, qualifications, and cultural fit through resume reviews and initial interviews.
- Present detailed candidate profiles to hiring managers with assessments and recommendations.
- Act as the intermediary between the candidate and the client, negotiating compensation, benefits, and other employment terms to achieve a successful hire.
- Stay updated on industry trends, talent movements, and competitive information to provide strategic hiring advice
- Continuously maintain and update a talent database for future hiring needs, ensuring a robust pipeline of candidates.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree + MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Additional certifications (e., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
- 9+ years of proven experience in Non-IT leadership hiring, headhunting, and executive search-with a focus on senior-level roles.
- Expertise in conducting research to map talent across industries.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade high-level candidates.
- Proven ability to establish strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Skilled in facilitating win-win negotiations for employment offers.
- Competent in evaluating candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines effectively
