We are hiring aFinance Leaderbased inChennaiIf you are aCA / ICWA / CSwith7+ years of hands-on experiencemanaging end-to-end finance for a growing organization, this role may be the right next step in your career.Compensation:₹26–30 Lakhs per annumLocation:Chennai (candidates must be currently in Chennai or willing to relocate)What the role requires• Strong experience inmonth-end close ,standalone and consolidated financial statements , andaudit finalisation with zero non-compliance remarks• Ability tobuild annual budgets and forecasts , analyseservice-level and client profitability , and drivemonthly variance reporting• Solid understanding ofGST, Income Tax, TDS , and statutory filings with azero-penalty mindset• Proficiency inTallyand advancedExcel (dashboards, pivots, reconciliations, automation)• Experience managingbanking, treasury, working capital, and receivables• Exposure toFEMA/RBI compliance , foreign remittances, FIRC, and transfer pricing• Ability toidentify risk, strengthen controls , and interpret financial terms in customer contracts• Demonstrated experience leading ahigh-performance finance team , driving KPIs, and collaborating across HR, Operations, and Sales• Strong communication skills, including interaction withUS-based customers and leadership teamsResponsibility Outcomes• Monthly financial dashboards and board-level insights• Approved budgets, margin analysis reports, and variance notes• Compliance dashboards, audit closures, and statutory filings completed on time• Receivables management and DSO improvement• Cash flow forecasting and working capital planningIf you have built systems instead of just running them, take ownership, think commercially, and enjoy partnering with business leaders, we would like to speak with you.To apply:Please send your profile to praveenaprincy.sandesrobertravi@weareamnet.com or DM me directly.
