We're looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in the Calicut location.Job Purpose:Responsible for demand generation from assigned customers and regionBe the face & primary point of contact for the customerImplement plans and strategies with the support of the ManagerStrict adherence to organization policy w.r.t reporting, ethics, training etc.Major Accountabilities:Responsible for demand generation of all Aurolab surgical products from the list of customers assigned and the region allocated. This will be done through regular visits, maintaining good rapport, and showing good knowledge of procedure and product.Responsible for meeting the growth targets as assigned by the organisationImplementing the sales process completely without deviationLiase with dealers to ensure a smooth supply chain and correct data entry for his regionImplementation of product strategies/activities without any deviation to ensure desired resultsCollect competitor information and happenings, and pass it on to the Area ManagerCollect PMS forms to meet regulatory requirementsMaintain a call average of 6 per day and have at least 10 OR visits with specific objectives in a monthMaintain a doctor call list and update the customer database at regular intervalsMaintain the customer 360 file to ensure target focus, performance, and achievementsBe always presentable and in formal attire as directed by the organisationEnsure being updated with technical knowledgeEthical promotion and strict adherence to the culture of the organisation is of prime importanceAny commitment to a customer can be given only with approval from the line manager.Submission of monthly tour/coverage plan, daily call report (DCR) daily using the software provided is mandatory. Similarly, submission of expenses as per the policy should be adhered to. The tour plan should be submitted on the 25th of every month for the subsequent month.Any other official work as may be assigned by the manager or management.Eligibility Criteria:Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Optometry, or Science (B.Pharm, B Optometry, or B.Sc.)Experience: 3 to 10 years of experience in surgical sales, preferably in the ophthalmology field.
