The company's headquarters, designed using its own Prefab technology, are located in Kozhikode (Calicut), Kerala offering a tangible example of their innovative capabilities.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive in Kozhikode with excellentcommunication skill in English and Malayalam. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The role includes preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service to clients. The Sales Executive will also collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.QualificationsStrong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to identify and close business opportunitiesKnowledge of market research, lead generation, and customer relationship managementExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and MalayalamExperience in the construction or real estate industry is an advantageProficiency in using sales software and CRM toolsProactive approach to meet sales targets and the ability to work as an achiever.Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with clientsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferredWHY ODF?.
