We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top various positions within the organization. This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle and collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs. And Recruitment experience in Solar renewable energy industry will be an add on advantage.


Responsibilities:


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals) to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening: Conduct resume reviews, phone screenings, and initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Database Management & MIS: Maintain and update Recruitment tracking (MIS) system with candidate information and recruitment progress.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and competitive hiring practices.
  • Reporting: Generate and analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and outcomes.


Required Skills

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Recruitment experience in Solar renewable energy industry will be an add on advantage
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or MBA(HR).
