HR Manager

- We are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager to join our team.

- In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR best practices, a deep understanding of relevant laws and regulations, and exceptional communication and interpersonal Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with organizational objectives and applicable laws and regulations.

- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for various positions within the organization.

- Develop and maintain effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization, providing guidance and support on HR-related matters.

- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development.

- Oversee employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including employment law, labor standards, and health and safety regulations.

- Manage the HRIS system, maintaining accurate employee records and generating reports as needed.

- Develop and monitor HR metrics to track and analyze key HR indicators, such as turnover, retention, and engagement.

- Advise management on HR-related matters, including compensation, benefits, and training and development.

- Stay up-to-date with HR trends and best practices, and ensure the organization remains compliant with any changes in laws and Bachelor's degree or Master's in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a technology or startup environment.

- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, laws, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR projects and initiatives.

- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.
