Please do not contact the recruiter directly.DescriptionOperations Management/Operational EffectivenessDeliver KPIs in line with the prescribed targetsPrioritize and organize work on a daily basis according to business prioritiesManage resources efficiently through peaks and troughs in the business cycleDevelop an in-depth understanding of the technical aspects of the processFacilitate smooth knowledge transfer within the team via well documented and updated training materialsDevelop technical training expertise within the teamPeople Management/ DevelopmentProvide direction and guidance to the team on a day to day basisSet objectives for direct reports and conduct regular appraisalsCommunicate regularly with team members via 1-2-1 meetings and team meetingsManage and delegate work fairly and effectively within the teamDevelop individuals to their full potentialIdentify and develop leadership qualities in individuals and groom them for the next levelResponsible for managing attrition and absenteeism in the teamPrimary responsibilities include the following:Review & Monitoring of daily deliverables for FP&A functions.Demonstrate the ability to reconcile financials and resolve discrepancies.Demonstrate an understanding of a Profit & Loss Statement.Ability to introduce adequate internal controls in the processes and ensure its adherence by the teamAbility to resolve queries of the team as well as the stakeholdersWork closely with Finance Business Partners in analyzing business performance.Understand the Planning process and assist with establishing yearly Plans.Demonstrate a willingness to participate in supporting ad hoc reporting requirements.Principle & DutiesDocument and keep procedures for all reporting activities and tasks up to date.Ensure a smooth transition of new tasks from onshore stakeholders by proactively addressing requirements and providing solutions.Setting up Goals & Objectives for the team members.Conducting performance reviews and appraisals of the team members.Mentoring, Coaching and Guiding the team members.QualificationsChartered Accountant/ACCA (5 to 7 years relevant Post Qualification FP&A Experience)MBA Finance (7 to 9 years relevant Post Qualification FP&A Experience)Postgraduate (8 to 10 years relevant Post Qualification FP&A ExperienceRequirementsExcellent understanding of the Microsoft Office suite (i.e. Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Outlook).Working knowledge of Alteryx, Hyperion & Smart View application preferableGood Problem-Solving SkillsDecision making capabilities.Strong attention to detail is essentialGood communicator, with strong written and oral communication skills.Ability to handle sensitive information in an appropriate manner.Energetic, enthusiastic individualsLogical thinking skillset is a mustPrioritise and organise tasks independently and as part of a team.Works well under pressure, do multi-tasking and meet tight deadlines.Should be a quick learner and team player.Willing to work in rotational shifts
