Lead Gen Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and creative Lead Generation Specialist to drive our lead generation efforts in the UAE market. This role involves generating high-quality leads through multiple channels, collaborating with the content and marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns, and ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of lead generation cycles, tools, and processes, with a creative mindset to develop and execute engaging marketing strategies. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus, and the candidate must be comfortable working in the UAE time zone.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Campaign Management:
- Generate leads using various channels, including social media, web, SEO, WhatsApp, events, and third-party platforms.
- Develop and implement innovative lead generation campaigns tailored to the UAE market.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for better engagement and ROI.
2. Content Collaboration & Marketing Planning:
- Work closely with the content and marketing teams to create compelling content, videos, and promotional materials aimed at attracting leads.
- Brainstorm and contribute creative ideas for marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation impact.
- Coordinate with the creative team to ensure content aligns with the lead generation strategy and brand voice.
3. Lead Assignment & Conversion Support:
- Assign leads to telecallers promptly and ensure clear communication of lead details.
- Support telecallers by providing guidance, resources, and assistance to close leads effectively.
- Track the lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
4. Quality Assurance:
- Maintain a high standard of lead quality by vetting and filtering incoming leads.
- Regularly review and audit lead sources to ensure relevance and authenticity.
5. Collaboration & Relationship Building:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across content, telecalling, and marketing teams to ensure seamless coordination.
- Build relationships with third-party platforms and external vendors to enhance lead generation efforts.
6. Creative Strategy & Innovation:
- Bring a creative approach to lead generation by suggesting new tactics, tools, and technologies.
- Leverage design and storytelling to create impactful campaigns that resonate with the target audience.
7. Reporting & Tools Management:
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance using CRM and other lead management tools.
- Use insights from data to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Ensure tools and processes are effectively managed and optimized for scalability.
8. Market Expertise:
- Stay updated on UAE market trends, consumer behavior, and the competitive landscape.
- Use market insights to adjust lead generation strategies and content.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven track record in lead generation, preferably in the UAE market.
- Experience in collaborating with content and creative teams for marketing
- campaigns.
- Healthcare industry experience is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels such as SEO, social media, and email
- marketing.
- Familiarity with video production and content creation workflows is a plus.
- Ability to brainstorm and develop unique, impactful marketing strategies.
- Creative mindset to craft engaging campaigns that attract and convert leads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multiple
- teams.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage campaigns and lead
- assignments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the UAE’s healthcare market and industry trends.
- Experience in video and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM system.
