Role Overview

We’re looking for a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong focus on back-end development to join our growth team. In this role, you’ll be working across two exciting projects, gaining exposure to new technologies, and supporting critical digital transformation efforts. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen interest in expanding their technical skills, and enjoys taking on complex challenges.

Key Requirements


Must-Have:

  • Experience: 3-5 years as a full-stack developer in a product-focused company.
  • Back-End Skills: Strong proficiency in Node.js, including experience with frameworks like Medusa or similar.
  • Front-End Skills: Working knowledge of React.js and Next.js.
  • Database Skills: Solid understanding of SQL databases, preferably PostgreSQL.
  • Tools and Platforms: Git, CI/CD pipelines, AWS or Azure.
  • UI Technologies: HTML, CSS, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Soft Skills: Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies; strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; effective communicator with a remote team mindset.


Good to Have:

  • Familiarity with Kafka or similar tools for data syncing and streaming.
  • Experience with Python or another back-end language.
  • Background in e-commerce and B2B industries.
  • Experience in implementing data flow management and syncing between CRM and ERP systems.
