Architect reusable components and frameworks for insurance-specific automation use cases. Ensure compliance with regulatory and data privacy standards (e.g., NAIC, GDPR, HIPAA). Mentor junior developers and enforce RPA best practices, including exception handling, logging, and security. Integrate UiPath with core insurance platforms (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek, legacy systems) and third-party APIs. Monitor bot performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements.
