About the Role We’re looking for a highly skilledEngineering Leadwith8+ years of experienceto own and scale our healthcare platform acrossIndia, the Middle East, Latin America, and the US . You will architect scalable systems, lead a distributed engineering team, and remain hands-on with key technical decisions and code. This is not a framework-focused role — it requires deepPython fundamentals , strongAPI and data architecture skills , and an understanding ofhealthcare interoperability (HL7, FHIR) . You’ll also guide Angular-based frontend architecture, ensuring performance, security, and compliance across multiple regions. If you thrive in complex, regulated environments and love building mission-critical systems, this role offers both impact and growth.Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership Own end-to-end platform architecture for EMR/HMS systems serving multiple geographies with 99.9%+ uptime. Design and developPython-based APIs ,data processing pipelines , andhealthcare integrations(HL7/FHIR). Architect and optimizeAI/ML inference pipelinesfor clinical intelligence systems. Review and guideAngular frontendarchitecture, component design, and performance optimization. Design and manageclinical data models , longitudinal patient records, and legacy EMR migration strategies. Overseemulti-region infrastructure ,DevOps pipelines , and ensure compliance withHIPAA ,GDPR , andABDMregulations. Team & Delivery Manage and mentorbackend, frontend, QA, and DevOpsengineers across distributed teams. Translate product requirements into scalable, compliant technical solutions. Establish an engineering culture centered onownership, reliability, quality, and clinical safety . Leadtechnical due diligenceandarchitecture planningfor new market entries. Coordinate deployments acrossmultiple time zonesand regulatory environments. Hands-On Contribution Write and review production code for critical backend and frontend components. Debug complex production issues in healthcare environments. Make architecture-level decisions and unblock teams when required.What We’re Looking For Required Experience 8+ years in software development withdeep Python expertise(API design, systems architecture, not just frameworks). Hands-onAngular + TypeScriptexperience for frontend architecture and team guidance. 3+ years buildinghealthcare IT systems(HL7/FHIR, EMR/HMS, or clinical data platforms). 3+ years oftechnical leadershipmanaging distributed engineering teams. Proven experiencedeploying AI/ML systemsin regulated healthcare environments. Strong background incloud-native architecture(AWS/GCP/Azure), microservices, and databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Redis). Proficiency withDocker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelinesfor multi-environment deployments. Demonstrated ability to maintain99.9%+ uptimefor business-critical systems.Technical Skills Expert-levelPythonfor healthcare integrations, data processing, and automation. Production-levelAngularexperience (state management, component architecture, performance tuning). Deep understanding ofhealthcare interoperability standards , compliance frameworks, and data security. Experience architecting forLATAM ,Middle East , or other emerging-market infrastructure constraints.Leadership Qualities Strong communicator — able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proven ability to manage teams across multiple time zones. Problem-solving mindset grounded inclinical safety and reliability .
